Order Processing

At Mourah Home, we begin handling your order within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday—UAE workweek). Orders placed before 2 PM GST are typically processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day. To be transparent, we always note that public holidays may add 1–2 days to processing times.

Domestic Delivery (UAE)

Our standard courier delivers within 1–3 business days across all Emirates. For PO Box or remote area deliveries, please allow up to 4 days after processing.

International & GCC Shipping

We ship to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) via reliable couriers like DHL or Aramex. You can generally expect delivery in 3–6 business days after shipment. For other international destinations, delivery takes 6–12 business days, depending on location and customs.

Shipping Costs and Free Delivery Threshold

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, determined by destination and package size. We offer complimentary standard shipping within the UAE for orders totaling AED 300 or more—an approach proven to reduce cart abandonment by giving customers clear, upfront shipping details.

Taxes, Import Fees & Duties

  • All UAE orders include 5% VAT (value-added tax).
  • GCC and international orders may have customs duties, VAT, or import fees levied by your country; these are the recipient’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

In Case of Loss or Damage

We understand that parcels may occasionally be lost or damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll promptly assess and offer a replacement or refund.

Restricted Items

We currently do not ship prohibited or restricted items internationally, such as alcohol, plants, or chemicals. If your order is halted due to customs restrictions, we will inform you and issue a refund.
